Terminator (His)

  • Terminator from the E.coli His operon
  • This terminator is used as a downstream terminator in the pSB**3 series of plasmids. However, it's termination efficiency has never been characterized. However, as it exists in each of the pSB**3 plasmids, it has a 2 bp deletion that occurred during it synthesis via primer annealing and extension.
